1Client certifies that all video clips, photos and audio supplied to Tekk Adoption for our "Custom Video Creation Service" is owned by Client or that Client has all legal rights to use them for the purpose of personal video creation.

Tekk Adoption Terms & Conditions For Service

GENERAL

1. Design services are between Tekk Adoption [Dynamic Computing Concepts, LLC] ("Designer"), and the Licensee ("Client"), for the performance of the services described here ("Product"). By purchasing this service, Client agrees to the following:

2. Client acknowledges that this is a limited, nonexclusive license to product. Product may be used in Designer's portfolio for sample purposes (with private information obfuscated).

3. Client agrees to defend and indemnify Designer and hold Designer harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from Client’s use of Product.

4. This Agreement is the entire and exclusive agreement between Designer and Client regarding this Product. This Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between Designer and Client regarding this Product.

5. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York State.

6. This Agreement is valid without Client’s signature. It becomes effective upon the Client's use of the Product.

REVISIONS

This service allows for two allowed revision requests after initial product delivery. Additional revision requests will incur additional fees.

CERIFICATION OF SUPPLIED MATERIALS

Client certifies that all video clips, photos and audio supplied to Designer for "Custom Video Creation" service is owned by Client or that Client has all legal rights to use them for the purpose of personal video creation.

Preparation before submitting Showcase Video details:

You will need to do some preparation before purchasing this service and submitting your information to us. We suggest that you gather all your photos and video clips that you want to use into a single folder on your PC. If you want the images and videos to appear in a certain order (so that your Showcase Video tells a specific story), then we ask that you change the file names of each photo/video-clip in linear order. All files must be submitted in a ZIP file


For example: 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.avi, 04.png ... etc
The file formats that we accept for images/video-clips/music are: Photo Formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP Video Formats: AVI, MOV, MP4 (Between 2 - 10 seconds in length for each clip) Audio Formats: MP3
Once you have completed compiling all your files, then come back to this page and complete the purchase process.

Use the form above to submit photos, videos and audio for your custom video. Place all the photos, videos and a single audio file into a ZIP file and upload the zip file using the form below. Feel free to add any additional special directions you would like for your video, we will try our best to accommodate any and all requests. Supply special directions as a document inside the ZIP file. Remember that your service purchase offers two(2) free change requests.

If you would like your images and video clips to appear in a certain order, please name the files accordingly.
     (ie: 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.avi, 04.png ... etc)
